COMFORT MINISTRIES is a non-Profit, Christ-centered, faith-based organization that was started in 2005. It has a holistic approach to ministry and is founded on a God-given vision and strategy to reach unreached people in India. Pastor T.NandKumar (Nahum), is the founder and President. His ministry experience includes teaching, evangelizing, and church planting.
Our Moto
The founder of comfort ministries Pastor T. Nandkumar (Nahum) was born in a town called”Sircilla”, Karimnagar District of Andhra Pradesh of South India. He comes from the family who use to practice orthodox Hindu religious rituals and activities. All his family members were idol worshippers. He has one younger brother and two younger sisters.
Our History
There were no Telugu Christians in their town but some people, even his dad, turned to Jesus through his mom’s preaching of the gospel. Soon a small Church was established and all the worship services, fasting prayers were continued in their house. Hence he was growing in the fear of God, prayer, and the word but was in wrong thinking of being saved.
What We Do?
In 2002 he attended the Bible College for his Theological education and completed his Master of Divinity(M.Div). The love of God compelled him to reach the unreached people with the word and deed. So he was unable to forget about the poor, deprived, Widows, Orphans, Old age people and children for whom the Lord called him to remember
